Nightweft began in a sleep lab, at three o'clock in the morning.
Dr. Corinne Vale had spent eleven years running overnight sleep studies, watching thousands of people dream. Every morning they woke up and lost it all. "It broke my heart a little every time," she says. "All those worlds, gone by breakfast."
In 1999 she teamed up with consumer electronics veteran Owen Hollis to do something about it. A year later the first Spindle shipped, and Dreamers all over the country started waking up to their dreams.
Our mission is simple: never lose a dream again.
